Shovel Intake Piston Pumps offer the ultimate solution for handling high-viscosity fluids, even up to 1,000,000 cPs. With a maximum fluid pressure of 350 bar (5,000 psi), these pumps excel in extrusion and transfer applications. The shovel intake design enables pumping of high viscosity, tacky or stringy materials by extending the shovel primer rod directly into the material. Typically equipped with a Power Ram Accessory, they can deliver inks, adhesives, and sealants at the desired pressure and flow rates.
