SAMOA Industrial, S.A. in collaboration with MetaIndustry4, is developing the Poka-Yoke Digital 2.0 project. This is a project for visual control of manufacturing processes based on self-learning techniques for application in those phases in which inspection and discrimination of out-of-specification parts is required, regardless of the process speed necessary to maintain the production rate. The main differentiating element over the inspection processes using artificial vision, which we have been using for years, is the capacity for automatic improvement of the error discrimination system by the simple repetition of sampling.
Poka-Yoke Digital 2.0 is a project funded by the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism, through the Call for Innovative Business Clusters 2023, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.
