Policy of the integrated management system of quality, environment and health and safety

SAMOA INDUSTRIAL, S.A., a company dedicated to designing, developing, industrializing and marketing a wide range of products for fluid handling in the automotive, industrial manufacturing, industrial processes, mining, construction, agriculture, offshore and aviation environments.

The Integrated Management System Policy of SAMOA INDUSTRIAL, S.A. is to maintain competitiveness that ensures the permanence of the Company in the market, to achieve the satisfaction of the interested parties, considering the context of the organization and determining the risks and opportunities, in a sustainable way for the environment and safe for its personnel.

THE STAFF

It is a valuable asset that the Company has. For this reason, it is the mission of each person in charge to achieve the maximum satisfaction of their staff, facilitating adequate training for the development of their activity, also providing information on the results that affect their performance and providing safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of injuries and deterioration of health related to work, implementing measures that allow, as far as possible, to eliminate hazards and reduce risks to safety and health, complying with current legislation on Occupational Risks, and promoting organizational models that favor staff participation and consultation.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

In all areas, it is the only guarantee of survival. Our objective is to reduce errors, eliminating the causes that produce them: Introducing preventive schemes, improving environmental management, promoting good environmental practices of personnel and suppliers, and prioritizing the occupational health and safety of personnel and those who carry out work in our installations.

For this reason, our attitude towards them must always be totally honest and frank, informing them at all times of the environmental and occupational safety requirements that may arise from their work.

It is one of the pillars of our day to day. The identification of environmental aspects derived from our activities, their evaluation and the setting of objectives to minimize possible environmental impacts, are part of the Company's philosophy. For this reason, actions aimed at pollution prevention and eco-efficiency are encouraged, both within the Company and in those organizations, which we can influence, that supply us with products or services that are part of the life cycle of our products.

COMMITMENT

Through this Policy, SAMOA INDUSTRIAL, S.A. reinforces its commitment to identifying, complying with and periodically evaluating the legal requirements related to our products, the environment and occupational safety. Likewise, SAMOA INDUSTRIAL, S.A. will comply with all those requirements that customers, the company, its personnel, suppliers or other interested parties communicate and/or are applicable to the Company and that are related to our Integrated Management System.

To ensure the achievement of the objectives of this Policy, the Company's Management is committed to complying with and enforcing all the procedures and concepts defined in our Management System and providing, to the extent possible, the means and resources needed to obtain it.

This Management Policy is communicated to all SAMOA INDUSTRIAL, S.A. personnel. and to those external agents who work on our behalf or those interested persons. Likewise, said Policy will be reviewed periodically by the Company's Management in order to verify that it is appropriate to the activity that we carry out.
